In St. Johns County, individual mow/edge/blow services range from $35 to $75 per visit. Instead of fluctuating charges, we offer flat-rate monthly pricing starting at $200 for standard lots, covering your full service cycle - even during high-frequency summer months. That’s up to 40 visits/year with no surprise invoices or seasonal rate spikes.

Annual clients receive consistent service, especially during peak seasons when many other providers are busiest. You won’t get bumped, rescheduled, or forgotten - because your spot on our route is secured and your rate is fixed.

This means you can sign up at any time of year and still receive the same consistent care for your lawn. In fact, signing up in the fall can be especially advantageous - many homeowners scramble to secure lawn maintenance providers as the busy season approaches. By joining in the fall, you lock in your rate and ensure your place on our schedule so that your lawn is properly maintained year-round.

& Can I get on a waitlist if I’m outside the current service area?
We intentionally focus our service in select subdivisions to maintain tight route density, which allows us to deliver faster, more efficient, and more consistent service to our clients. Growth doesn’t mean much, if our quality and standards start to drop. This is why we are taking a systematic approach to expanding our service area sustainably. We want to ensure we expand as fast as our hiring and training allows. This way, when we do begin servicing a new neighborhood, we are able to provide the highest standards from the very first client.
Currently, we provide lawn services to homeowners in the following neighborhoods:

Not at this time. Helios Lawn Services is currently focused exclusively on routine lawn maintenance - mowing, edging, blowing, weeding, and light hedge trimming to deliver consistent, reliable service you can count on.
We believe in doing fewer things exceptionally well, and right now, our priority is to maintain your lawn’s appearance - not its chemical health.
These services typically require state licensing, specialized equipment, and ongoing monitoring that fall outside the scope of general maintenance. By focusing our efforts on core services, we’re able to provide predictable pricing, consistent quality, and dependable scheduling - without overextending our team or compromising results.
As we grow, we plan to expand our offerings based on client demand and the ability to do so safely, legally, and effectively. We’re building Helios Lawn Services with long-term scalability in mind, and lawn treatments are certainly on our radar.
In the meantime, we’re happy to work alongside your preferred fertilization or pest control provider to ensure your lawn stays both healthy and well-groomed.Q: What if I move during my 12-month lawn service agreement?
A: If you move to a new address within our service area, your agreement can transfer to your new property. Just let us know your new address and move-out date so we can assess eligibility and update your service location. We’ll resume service at the new property without interruption if it qualifies.
Q: What if I move to a home that doesn’t require lawn service (like a condo or townhome)?A: If your new home doesn’t require lawn maintenance - or your HOA handles it - we’ll release you from the remaining term of your agreement. We’ll just need basic documentation confirming your move (such as a closing statement or lease) to waive any early termination fees.
Q: What if I move outside of your service area?A: If your new property is outside our defined service area, you’ll also be released from your agreement with no early termination fees. Just notify us ahead of time and provide your new address so we can confirm it’s outside our service area.
We aim to provide 38 visits per 12 month period - more than most providers. The minimum guaranteed is 36, and the maximum is 40.
Florida’s weather is unpredictable. In cases of extreme rain or storms when it is unsafe or impractical to service the lawn, we may skip a visit but “make-up days” are accounted for in our schedule and you will be notified if we have to service your lawn on an alternate day. If we do happen to fall short of the 36-visit minimum in a 12-month period due to exceptionally bad seasons, you’ll receive a credit on future invoices to make up for the shortfall so that your “cost per visit” still averages out.
We do not offer one-time or on-demand services. We specialize in recurring, full-season maintenance to keep your property consistently manicured and create a fully hands off service for our clients. This allows predictability in your budget for lawn maintenance and predictability in scheduling for our team.
Of course. We are a technology forward business and utilize e-signature and review software. If you would like to review the Client Service Agreement simply contact us and we will be happy to provide it for your review.
We utilize Square POS system to collect and process payments electronically. You are able to save a card on file, setup autopay, and be reminded about upcoming due dates. We do not accept cash or checks. Payments for additional or project based services are due upon completion of services. Payments for maintenance plans are due on the 1st of each month. (Your first payment will be prorated if you begin services mid-month).
