Frequently Asked Questions

  • We specialize in recurring residential housekeeping services only. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients receive consistent, high-quality service as part of a long-term cleaning relationship. We do not offer one-time cleanings for occupied homes. However, we do offer Move In/Out Cleanings for vacant and empty properties only.

  • Our business is built on a recurring service model, which allows us to deliver higher quality, consistency, and long-term care for your home. Unlike one-time cleaning services that operate with revolving staff, independent contractors, and inconsistent schedules, we invest in:

    • Professionally trained, background checked, and drug-screened employees

    • Stable, full-time roles with better pay and benefits, which means happier, and more reliable team

    • A consistent cleaning technician or team who learns your home, preferences, and priorities over time

    • Scheduled deep cleanings and appliance interiors are included in your plan, keeping your home in peak condition year-round​

    This approach leads to higher standards, lower turnover, and better outcomes. Rather than rushing through a single visit, we develop an ongoing relationship with your space - preventing buildup and ensuring spotless results with every appointment.

    One-time cleans may look appealing upfront, but they often come with shortcuts, hidden fees, and rushed labor. Our model ensures your home is cared for proactively, not reactively.

  • All recurring housekeeping clients receive standardized cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Services include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, tidying, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces. Every plan also includes a deep cleaning on your first visit and then once every 3 months. Appliance interiors (fridge and oven) are included every 6 months as part of our routine schedule for recurring clients.

  • We use a curated selection of professional-grade, non-toxic, and family-safe cleaning products that are effective against dirt, grime, and germs - while being gentle on your home’s surfaces and safe for children and pets once dry.


    Our standard cleaning solutions are:

    • Low-odor and non-abrasive

    • Free from harsh fumes or industrial chemicals

    • Safe for use on high-touch surfaces like countertops, doorknobs, and bathroom fixtures

    • Environmentally responsible whenever possible


    If your household has specific sensitivities, allergies, or product preferences, we’re happy to discuss accommodations in advance. In some cases, we may be able to use client-provided products by request, provided they are clearly labeled and safe for our team to use.


    Our goal is to leave your home sparkling, fresh, and healthy - without compromising safety or comfort.

  • The base price includes service for homes up to 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and up to 2,500 square feet. If your home exceeds any of these thresholds, we apply transparent surcharges for:

    • Extra bedrooms

    • Extra bathrooms

    • Additional square footage beyond 2,500 sq ft (calculated based on your service frequency)

    • Weekly: $900/month (includes up to 48 visits/year)

    • Bi-Weekly: $700/month (26 visits/year)

    • Monthly: $500/month (12 visits/year)
      All pricing is based on homes within base coverage. Additional surcharges apply for larger properties.

  • Deep cleanings are automatically performed on your first service and then again every third month. These include:

    • Scrubbing baseboards and trim

    • High dusting (ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures)

    • Cabinet front cleaning

    • Window interiors and tracks

    • Appliance degreasing (stove hood, backsplash)

    • Vacuuming under furniture (when accessible)

  • Yes. For recurring clients, interior fridge and oven cleanings are included twice a year, specifically on your first service and every second quarterly deep cleaning thereafter.

  • Yes. We bring all cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed for your service. If you have any allergies or preferences regarding products, let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • We understand life happens! We offer flexibility for rescheduling due to holidays, out-of-town guests, or special events. Just give us as much notice as possible so we can adjust your technician’s route. Skipped or rescheduled visits still count toward your service minimum for the year. Weekly clients are guaranteed a minimum of 48 visits per year.

  • Yes, many of our clients are home during their scheduled service. However, we can also clean while you are away, as long as access is arranged in advance. We ask that a responsible adult be present for the first visit or whenever access arrangements change.

  • We specialize in single-family homes and townhomes. We do not service homes with ongoing renovations, extreme hoarding conditions, or homes with heavy biohazard concerns. All properties must be safe and reasonably accessible for our team.
