A Letter from the Founder
Hi there,
I’m Niko Pappadis, founder of Helios Property Solutions, and I want to personally thank you for considering us to care for your home.
Before launching this company, I spent nearly 15 years building a successful career in B2B and B2C sales in industries including home services, healthcare, real estate, and HCM / SaaS. I developed a reputation for using data-driven strategy, scalable systems, and process optimization to consistently exceed targets and build long-term client relationships.
But long before I ever stepped into a corporate office, I was “that kid” in the neighborhood. The one with a mower, a bucket, or a leash in hand - knocking on doors, mowing lawns, pressure washing driveways, washing cars, walking dogs, and doing any odd job I could find to make a few bucks. I didn’t know it then, but I was laying the foundation for what would become my life’s work: entrepreneurship, service, and pride in a job well done.
I come from a Greek background where hard work and resourcefulness are deeply ingrained values. That upbringing shaped my drive, my discipline, and my mindset - and it’s a huge part of what fuels me today. I’ve always believed that if you're going to do something, do it right - with integrity, consistency, and care.
Helios Property Solutions and its Divisions were born from that same mentality. My wife Yara and I, like so many homeowners, struggled to find reliable service providers for our own home. We dealt with no-shows, poor communication, pushy upselling, and businesses that didn’t set proper expectations and left us guessing. We also had some service providers along the way that did provide a quality service and were good technicians, but left a lot to be desired regarding communication or professionalism. I knew there had to be a better way of operating a local home services business - one where the high quality local services provided by “the little guys” could blend with the technology, resources, and professionalism of “the big guys.” Helios Property Solutions is the answer to this problem.
For two years, before even registering the company and its divisions, I spent countless late nights developing a blueprint for that better way - one rooted in professionalism, process, and pride. From carefully designing service procedures to deliver a consistent experience every time, to planning for route optimization to grow sustainably, and creating processes to provide the highest level of communication and customer service possible, we are built to scale quickly while maintaining the personal, local, care of a small business. Every decision we make as a company is with the long term in mind - that means always doing what is right for our clients and our team, even if it is the harder thing to do in the current moment.
At Helios Property Solutions, we provide blue-collar services with white-collar professionalism. That means our field crews are extensively trained, our communication is proactive, our service offerings and pricing models are transparent, and our commitment to quality is non-negotiable. We currently have 4 Divisions including Exterior Cleaning, Lawn Services, Painting Services, and Housekeeping, to service your home.
We also believe in being a great employer. Before launching, I put a lot of thought into what I wanted the company culture to look like and I decided I wanted our team to take ownership of their work because they’re invested in it. Our compensation model rewards performance, customer satisfaction, and professionalism. I also know that as a business owner it is my responsibility to build a sustainable company that helps our team provide for their families, offers professional advancement opportunities, and creates more consistency in their hours and income without the seasonality that many service providers may experience. Depending on the Division, we assign consistent crews and technicians to specific neighborhoods so clients know their technicians, and our team can take pride in their routes. This isn’t just a job - it’s a career path, and I’m proud to be building a company that creates real opportunity for others locally.
